Eingruppierung (Einstufung)

Was heißt Eingruppierung?
Über eine Eingruppierung werden Sie zu den im Tarifvertrag vorgegebenen Lohn-, Gehalts- oder Entgeltgruppen entsprechend der von Ihnen ausgeübten Tätigkeit zugeordnet. Gegebenenfalls auch zu den infrage kommenden Stufen innerhalb der Gruppe.

Wie finde ich heraus, wo ich eingruppiert bin?
Fragen Sie am besten Ihren Betriebsrat oder Ihre IG Metall vor Ort. Beide haben genaue Kenntnis über den für Sie geltenden Tarifvertrag und können gemeinsam mit Ihnen Ihre Eingruppierung identifizieren.
