Employees at textile service providers covered by collective bargaining agreements have seen a 2.1 percent increase in their paychecks—or at least 60 euros—since September 2025. Apprentices are also receiving an additional 60 euros. The second phase of the increase will take effect in September 2026: an additional 2.5 percent, with a minimum of 70 euros—also for apprentices.
In addition to the two-step pay increase, the collective bargaining agreement’s partial retirement program is being extended and improved. The supplement for partial retirement has risen from 665 to 690 euros since September 2025. In 2026, the supplement will increase to 715 euros per month.
The collective bargaining agreement for the textile services sector, which was secured in the summer of 2025, has a term of 21 months.
