With just one click, you can select items you like in the product portal. In addition to fire-resistant barbecue aprons and elegant writing instruments from our organizational division, we also offer electronic products such as 32 GB USB flash drives with OTG functionality and a 3-in-1 connector, Bluetooth speakers, power banks, and much more.
The Utmost Care in Selecting Products
The product portal is provided and operated by the IG Metall Service Company. These special benefits and favorable terms are available exclusively to metalworkers. That’s why only union members can place orders in the online store. The great thing is: Each product comes with a detailed description that lets buyers know which company manufactured the item—and whether it’s a company bound by a collective bargaining agreement with a works council.
Ordering on the Product Portal
Anyone wishing to order something from the IG Metall product portal can choose whether to create a password-protected customer account or to register online just once for the purchase. When creating a customer account, buyers provide their first and last names, their IG Metall membership number, their full address (billing address and, if applicable, separate shipping addresses), their email address, and their phone number. This information is then stored for order processing and future purchases.
Anyone placing an order without a customer account need only provide their IG Metall membership number and email address, as well as the billing address and, if applicable, the shipping address. Shipping costs a maximum of 3.50 euros per order.
