Lohnausgleich

Was ist Lohnausgleich?Bei Arbeitszeitverkürzung gezahlter Ausgleich für das durch die Reduzierung der Arbeitszeit ansonsten entfallende Einkommen. Bei den in jüngster Zeit getroffenen Regelungen zur (befristeten) Arbeitszeitverkürzung mit dem Ziel der Beschäftigungssicherung wurde häufig nur ein Teillohnausgleich vereinbart.
