The BR kompakt introductory seminar “Working Hours – Options for the Works Council” provides an overview of the current debate on working hours among social partners, lawmakers, and within the EU, and highlights ways to improve working hours in the interest and for the well-being of employees.

Newly elected works council members will gain a solid overview here. We recommend attending the “Introduction to Works Council Work” seminar beforehand. You can book this through your local IG Metall chapter.
