2024 Metal and Electrical Industry Collective Bargaining Round Online Survey: You Tell Us What’s Going On!

In preparation for the fall wage negotiations in the metal and electrical industries, we’re launching a nationwide survey on April 22 across more than 3,200 workplaces in allIG Metall districts. The survey runs through May 26 and takes place online. You’ll receive the login information for the survey at your workplace.

It’s worth getting involved—and it only takes a few minutes. So take part right away using your laptop, PC, tablet, or smartphone.

Information in Various Languages

We’re offering a flyer with information about the survey and collective bargaining negotiations in various languages for download. You can also pick up the flyers at your workplace or at your local IG Metall office.

In the online survey itself, you can select your preferred language right on the first page. The links and QR codes for participating workplaces will be distributed directly at the workplace or via email to employees working from home or on short-time work.

Results and Analysis

Immediately after the survey, we will analyze the results and forward them to ourcollective bargaining committees, which will decide on our demands to be presented to employers. As an IG Metall member, we will, of course, keep you informed.
