Ein Leben lang engagiert
Wir trauern um unseren lieben Freund und Kollegen Thomas Maier, der am 6. August 2024 überraschend gestorben ist.
Thomas hat bei der Firma Delmag in Zell gelernt, war dort Betriebsratsvorsitzender, Ortsvorstandsmitglied der IG Metall und wurde 2009 nach einem Zwischenstopp bei der BiKo Gewerkschaftssekretär bei "seiner" IG Metall in Esslingen.
Gerade hatte Thomas begonnen, seine Altersteilzeit auf einer Fahrradtour zu genießen.
Unsere Gedanken sind bei seiner Familie.
Anstelle von Blumen und Kränzen ist eine Spende an den "Verein zur Förderung des Jugendcamps Markelfingen e. V." im Sinne von Thomas.
