Demokratie leben

Demokratie ist das Fundament, auf dem unsere Gesellschaft aufbaut. Sie gewährleistet, dass jeder Mensch gleich behandelt wird und die gleichen Rechte hat. Angesichts der aktuellen Herausforderungen ist es wichtiger denn je, dass wir uns für die Demokratie einsetzen und ihre Werte verteidigen (Demo am 08. Juni).

Der Aufstieg von extremistischen Kräften und die Bedrohung der Demokratie erfordern, dass wir auf die Straße gehen und uns sichtbar gegen diese Entwicklungen stellen.

Als Mitglieder der IG Metall stehen wir zusammen für eine starke und lebendige Demokratie, in der Vielfalt und Gerechtigkeit zentrale Werte sind.
