Mögliches Modell für betriebliche Rente
Wir standen vor der großen Aufgabe, eine neue, sichere und wertvolle betriebliche Rente zu entwickeln, da mehr als die Hälfte unserer Kolleginnen und Kollegen entweder keine betriebliche Altersversorgung (bAV) haben bzw. nur eine minimale bAV besitzen, oder deren Versorgungswerk geschlossen ist oder zu schließen droht.
Wir entwickelten das Sozialpartnermodell als Lösung, welches jedoch vom Gewerkschaftstag mehrheitlich abgelehnt wurde.
Nach dieser Entscheidung wurden wir beauftragt, die Verhandlungen zu beenden und einen Abschlussbericht zu erstellen, welcher nun dem Vorstand der IG Metall übergeben wurde.
